  On the phone (again) for over 10mins before they bother answering. I've also been in the surgery while the phones been ringing none stop and they are doing NOTHING at reception. I'm sure that somewhere in their jobs description it explains that they will need to answer phones? It's a shame, apart from the 14min wait to even talk to someone then having them be rude and act as if they don't even want to be there, the doctors and nurses are lovely and polite.
